  • Provision of a new neighbourhood foodstore with a (749 m² sales area).
  • 33 free car parking spaces will be provided; of which two will be disabled and two will be parent and child spaces.
  • A limited range of products necessitating ‘top up’ shopping using existing surrounding retailers.
  • A limited range of product lines which encourages customers to shop with retailers in the established local centre.
  • Contemporary two storey building.
  • A design that responds to the site’s characteristics, context and local built environment.
  • Provision of up to 40 full-time and part-time jobs for local residents.
  • New vehicular access from Mottingham Road.
  • New pedestrian access in front of store entrance linking to Mottingham Road.
  • One or two deliveries per day will take place at the rear of the building away from customer activity and view from Mottingham Road.
